Bio:

Life can be complicated, and there are times when we face challenges that feel too difficult to navigate on our own. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, stress, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, confidence issues, school struggles, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain perspective, and figure out what comes next.

In my work with children, adolescents, and adults, I aim to create a space where anyone can feel comfortable being themselves. Reaching out for help can be difficult, and I want our time together to feel welcoming, supportive, and built around your needs and experiences.

I believe most people are stronger and more capable than they realize, and at times it takes support to reconnect with strengths that have been overshadowed by stress, self-doubt, or life's challenges. Using a strengths-based approach informed by evidence-based practices, we'll work together to identify what's getting in the way, build on what's already working, and develop strategies and tools that support growth and lasting change.
Therapy isn't always easy, but there's room for play, humor, encouragement, and celebrating progress along the way. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, we'll work together to figure out what comes next.
