Bio:
I work with older children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan who may be navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that impact emotional well being. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as they are and exploring what is most important to them.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Hood College. My approach to counseling is grounded in evidence based practices, particularly cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness based strategies. These approaches help clients better understand patterns in their thoughts and emotions, strengthen coping skills, and develop greater awareness of the present moment.
I believe meaningful change begins when people feel heard, respected, and understood. In our work together, I aim to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients can build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward the growth and well being they want for their lives.
