Bio:
Relationships can be some of the most meaningful parts of life, but they can also be where we experience the most stress, conflict, and hurt. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to improve communication, navigate conflict, and build stronger, healthier relationships.
Whether you are a couple feeling stuck in repeating arguments, a family struggling with tension or transitions, or a child or teen having difficulty expressing emotions, therapy can provide a space to slow things down and work toward understanding and change.
My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring what is happening beneath the surface. Together we focus on identifying patterns, strengthening communication, and developing practical skills to manage emotions and resolve conflict more effectively.
My approach is grounded primarily in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with influences from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Narrative Therapy. I help clients increase self-awareness, build emotional regulation skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and the people around them.
