Bio:
Let’s be honest, relationships can be messy, emotional, and exhausting. Whether you are facing trust issues, differences in desire, disconnection in the bedroom, co-parenting stress, or the painful uncertainty of whether to stay or separate, I help individuals and couples navigate these challenges with honesty, compassion, and a clear plan. I welcome all relationship structures, including consensual nonmonogamy and polyamory, and hold space for people to explore connection in ways that align with their values and needs.
I also work with people navigating private concerns around intimacy and sexuality. This includes low libido, shifting desire, or distressing or confusing sexual thoughts and experiences. These issues can feel heavy or isolating, but you do not have to work through them on your own. Therapy can be a space to explore what feels vulnerable, unclear, or stuck with curiosity, support, and without shame.
Modern life can make things even more confusing. Between social media, movies, and "how to" relationship advice, it is easy to feel like you are doing everything wrong or falling behind. Therapy can help you tune out the noise, get back to what actually matters, and rebuild a sense of connection that feels real and sustainable.
Outside of relationship work, I support individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and the internal cycles that create disconnection from themselves. If you are emotionally exhausted, constantly overthinking, or quietly overwhelmed, I will meet you where you are. Together, we can reduce distress, increase insight, and help you feel more grounded, steady, and aligned with who you want to be.
My approach is collaborative and person-centered. I provide inclusive, identity-affirming care for clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and people from other historically marginalized communities. You don't need to have everything figured out. If you are ready to feel more connected, more confident, and more in control, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
