High-functioning doesn’t always mean at peace. You might be a passionate professional, athlete, or creative who feels overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected — even when life looks “successful” on the outside.
Many of my clients are used to pushing through stress, anxiety, burnout, ADHD, or big life transitions. You might also be exploring identity — whether that’s around gender, sexuality, purpose, or how you want to show up in your relationships and in your life. You're ready for something deeper than just coping. Together, we focus on cultivating resilience, self-trust, and emotional well-being.
My approach is trauma-informed and mind-body based — which means we talk things through, but we also pay close attention to what’s happening in your whole system. That can include tuning into physical sensations, noticing patterns, and working with tools like EMDR to help process tough experiences and shift old emotional stuck points.
While I specialize in supporting high-performing and creative individuals, I welcome people from all walks of life.
