Bio:
First, I’m glad you're here. The process of healing, gaining insight, and addressing challenges (including finding a therapist), can be daunting. Whether you are experiencing painful emotions such as depression and anxiety, struggling with the challenges of addiction or of loving someone with an addiction, or experiencing the ongoing effects of trauma, I assure you that there is hope!
I’ve worked with diverse clients from children, adults, families and couples and have helped them along their healing journey. I work from a client-centered, strengths-based perspective to collaborate on treatment, believing that you are the expert of your life. I aim to meet your needs by building motivation, insight, and coping skills to manage life’s many challenges.
In our sessions, we will create a safe, collaborative, and empathetic environment where we can identify your desired goals, deconstruct obstacles to success, identify strengths, and learn effective coping mechanisms. Together, let’s work on making lasting growth and change in your life. I look forward to working with you!
