Bio:
I am a creative and playful therapist who loves supporting children and their families to bring out their strengths. I am passionate about play therapy and I love to incorporate art, music, play, and relaxation into therapeutic work. After spending my early career as a school-based therapist, I believe that play is a powerful tool that allows even the youngest children to process their most challenging emotions and experiences.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults using Child Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.
