Bio:
Anxiety may be affecting your sleep, patience, confidence, or relationships. I work with people facing several concerns at once, including depression, grief, anger, intimacy concerns, and adjustment to retirement or blended family life. My first career as an architect gave me a problem-solving mindset: understand how the parts connect before looking for solutions. I bring that same care to your mental and emotional well-being, with room for spiritual concerns when they matter to you. We take time to talk honestly, sit with difficult feelings, and find practical ways forward that reflect your needs and values.
We explore your story and what keeps you from greater freedom and happiness. Using CBT, somatic techniques, and trauma focused interventions, we look at what feeds your worry, how stress affects your body, and what happens when emotions run high. Sessions make room for difficult experiences and practical skills for coping, communication, and daily routines.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. You can start with what has been hardest lately. I will take your concerns seriously, respect your beliefs and choices, and make room for conversations you have been putting off. I would welcome the chance to hear what you need and discuss whether my approach feels like a good fit for you.
