Elise draws from Family Systems Therapy, Strengths‑Based Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support children, adults, and couples in understanding their stories and creating meaningful change. As a clinical Social Work intern at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, Elise brings a warm, collaborative approach to her work, focusing on building resilience, strengthening connections, and finding purpose during moments of transition.
Before pursuing clinical training, Elise worked for over a decade as an interior designer, a background that shaped her deep appreciation for the role of creativity, environment, and identity in emotional well‑being. This experience continues to inform her therapeutic approach, offering a unique lens for exploring how our surroundings and stories can foster belonging, belonging, and growth.
With a holistic, client‑centered focus, Elise strives to create a safe and supportive space where clients can understand their challenges, reconnect with their values, and build the tools they need to thrive.
