I am a clinical social worker who provides a compassionate, supportive, client-centered approach to treating a variety of mental health issues that can get in the way of living your best and most enjoyable life. I believe that each client’s unique and specific needs and goals are an important part of therapy and should help determine the best strategies. It is my goal to work with each client and provide them with a safe and positive environment to explore the issues and destructive patterns that cause distress and discover healthy and adaptive ways to live and thrive.
I mainly utilize a blend of ACT, DBT, and CBT modalities and also specialize in substance abuse and recovery. I truly believe in meeting the client where they are and developing a strong therapeutic alliance that supports their own individual needs and goals.
