Bio:
Life’s challenges can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected, stuck, or overwhelmed. I
provide a compassionate, supportive space to explore and uncover patterns that may be
holding you back. As a relationally oriented counselor, I believe healing happens through
connection—with ourselves and others.
I work with clients of all ages, with a special focus on emerging adults navigating life transitions,
identity development, and relationships. I also specialize in trauma and grief, particularly
interpersonal trauma such as intimate partner violence (IPV), attachment wounds, and betrayal
trauma.
My approach integrates attachment theory and psychodynamic principles to help you
understand how past experiences shape your emotions and relationships. I am trauma-informed
and take a holistic view of well-being, addressing the mind, body, and spirit. Together, we can
gently explore how unresolved trauma or stress may be stored in the body, using somatic
interventions to support emotional regulation and healing.
Additionally, I incorporate CBT and strengths-based techniques to help you build practical
coping skills while emphasizing your inherent resilience and potential. Whether you're looking to
deepen self-awareness, improve relationships, or heal from trauma, I tailor therapy to your
unique needs and goals.
Let’s navigate this journey together—reach out today to take the first step toward connection,
growth, and empowerment!
