Bio:
As a licensed art therapist, I believe in the power of cultivating a strong therapist-client relationship and a safe space for expression. By utilizing a strengths-based, humanistic, and client-centered approach, we can work together as a team to confront the complexities of human existence. With a Master’s in art therapy and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts, I am passionate about integrating artistic expression within the therapeutic space for all ages. Using creative modalities as tools fosters a connection with yourself and the world around you.
I have worked in a variety of different settings with children, adolescents and adults. I utilize mindfulness-based techniques, CBT, DBT, solution-based therapy, and play therapy techniques.
My goal is to accompany you through challenges toward greater self-awareness and acceptance. I am looking forward to our therapeutic journey together!
