Being human is dynamic and complex, and we all need a safe space to explore, reflect, and return to ourselves. I know that honoring our own wants and needs can be challenging and vulnerable at times, and I strive to create an open, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment, to meet you wherever you are in your life.
I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, and I use integrative and evidence-based interventions in my approach to therapy; such as, Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques.
