I am a client-centered therapist who believes in the power of the client-therapist relationship, utilizing empathy, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard. My goal is to create a safe space so that you can explore yourself, address areas in your life that make you feel unhappy or unfulfilled, and set goals to increase your overall well-being. I believe every person is unique and so, we will work together using evidence-based interventions to help you move forward towards a more fulfilled life. I use a trauma-informed lens, integrating mindfulness practices, art-based therapy interventions, and cognitive-behavioral therapy to support individuals in achieving long-lasting change.
