Bio:
I utilize trauma informed and strengths-based approaches when working with clients and am LGBTQ+ affirming. As an eclectic therapist I pull from various modalities to find the technique that matches the individual. I am an EMDR therapist and often utilize elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness in my practice.
Prior to outpatient therapy previous experience includes working with immigrant and refugee populations having survived domestic violence and/or human trafficking, youth who are incarcerated, and individuals experiencing homelessness.
